deal nk is a spanish artist, songwriter, and musician building his sound around pop punk, emo, alternative rock, and modern pop. originally rooted in spanish rap, he gradually found himself drawn toward a different kind of songwriting—one built around guitars, sad melodies, raw lyrics, and stories that feel personal without losing their honesty. influenced by the 2000s pop punk scene and the broader american alternative scene, his music brings that energy into his own experiences, mistakes, and emotions.
after years of making music in spanish, deal nk is now entering a new chapter, writing and recording in english. the shift is not about leaving his past behind, but about finding a sound and language that feel closer to the artist he is becoming. “the people who cried what i cried later, they wrote that in english and that made me cry.” now, he wants to create that same feeling for someone else.
his current era is centered around nothin' inside, an upcoming album about what happens when a relationship ends but the feelings don't disappear with it. the record moves through obsession, idealization, anger, distance, self-destruction, emptiness, and eventually acceptance, blending energetic pop punk with alternative rock, emo songwriting, and stripped-back acoustic moments. more than a collection of songs, nothin' inside is a story about losing someone, losing parts of yourself along the way, and figuring out what is left.
